      You can create up to 30 Channels. One channel can popularize one product. If you have only one product, you can also create different channels for different areas or different industries. In a word, you can use different channels to implement different marketing strategies.

3 How to buy

step 1: Get the Hardware Code

Click the menu: Buy -> Hardware Code and Enter Serial Code ,you will see this dialog:

Step 2: Go to buy

Click the menu: Buy -> Go To Buy

Fill in the order form, please remember to fill in the Hardware code. We will send you the serial code in 24 hours.

Step 3: Enter the serial code

Click the menu: Buy -> Hardware Code and Enter Serial Code. Enter the serial code you received, and restart the software.

4 Create One Channel

You can create two types of channel: Search Engine Channel and Specific Site Channel.

Search Engine Channel: Extract email address from search engine such as google, yahoo, msn … What you should do is to set keywords to specify your target customers.

Specific Site Channel: Extract email address from some specific web site. You can specify the target urls and keywords.

Channel name: A name for the channel. Can be arbitrary letter, digital.

Max Threads: The max num of working threads for searching. The default is 8. You can set it between 1 and 50.

Keywords: You can input several lines of keywords. The relation among lines is OR. You can combine several key words in one line, the relation among key words in same line is AND. You should combine “email”, “mailto”, “contact” with your special keywords for higher search speed. If you create “specific site channel”, you can let the keywords be empty.

Web url: If you create “specific site channel” ,you must set the target web site urls here.

5 Channel Settings

After the search is stopped. You can change keywords, max threads, etc. in channel settings dialog.

The interface of channel settings is similar to channel create.

6 Start Search and Stop Search

Select one channel and click “Start Search” button, the software begin to search email address.

Select one channel and click “Stop Search” button, the software stop searching.

7 Email Settings(Sender, Title, Content)

7.1 Sender

You should add several sender email address here. The sender email addresses will be used as recipients.

Sender Email: You email address such as abc@gmail.com, abc@xxx.com

Name: Your name .

Smtp Server: For example, the smtp server of gmail.com is smtp.gmail.com. You should check the Smtp Server for specific email address. The setting is similar to OutLook.

Port: Smtp Server Port, the default is 25. You should check the Smtp Server Port for specific email address. The setting is similar to OutLook.

Authorization Required: For most smtp server, it is necessary to supply account and password for sending email. So check this selection.

Login Name: The email account for your sender email address. For most cases, you should input the chars before @. For some virtual enterprise mailbox, you should input the whole chars of your sender email address.

Password: the password of your sender email address.

SSL Required: Secure Socket Layer, It must be checked for gmail.com. It is not necessary to be checked for most mailbox.

7.2 Email Title

You should set several titles here. The software will select one for each letter.

7.3 Email Content

The Email Spider and Bulk Sender QtMail support two types of email content format:

(1) Plain text

You can edit email content in plain text directly.

(2) Html format

You should copy the html source code to the edit box. You can refer to the html template and edit your html content.

In this mode, you should check the “send as html”.

8 Start Sending Email and Stop Sending

After you have finished email settings, you can start sending your email. Select one channel and click button “Send”.

Select one channel and click button “Stop Send” and the sending will stop.

9 Resend Email (New Round Sending)

You can start new round sending after several days. Select one channel and click button “Resend” and then it will start to send from the beginning.

10 Import and Export Email address

Select one channel, click button “import” , you can import your email address list. The format of the email address file is: plain text, one email per line ended with “enter”.

Select one Channel, click button “export”, you can export the email addresses in the software.
